My first camera was a gift from my grandpa when I was 10. It had a plastic body that looked like a panda bear, and took real photos with real film.

Lately I've been obsessed with Instagram and Hipstamatic, having fun shooting with my iphone 4, but I'm a Canon girl at heart and use my Canon 5D when it really matters.

I was educated in the basics of exposure, lighting and composition at Seneca College. I learned about portraiture through my brief stint working in a portrait studio. I learned to shoot events by throwing myself in the ring. My travel, landscape and wildlife shooting skills came from practice, practice, practice. I would like to learn more about photojournalism.

I'm always up for an adventure and trying new things that make me feel alive. My passions are photography and travel, which I do as much as possible. I also like to fly in helicopters, swim in the ocean, drive my convertible, cook for family and friends, and indulge in fine food and wine.

I am a Creative Director, Photographer, traveler, adventurer and storyteller, fascinated by the ever-changing view.
